These Terms govern your use of clickmothercare.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
ClickMotherCare is a Ghana-registered retailer of children’s clothing, baby gear and maternity products. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean ClickMotherCare.
2. Account
You may shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under that account. You must provide accurate name, address and contact details so we can deliver your order.
3. Products, prices and availability
We list products in good faith with the best information available. Colours, sizes and patterns may vary slightly from the photos. All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and stock can change at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, refund or revised order.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted only when you receive a confirmation email or message from us. Until then, no contract is formed. We accept payment through Paystack (cards, bank transfer and mobile money). Cash on delivery is offered for selected areas at our discretion.
We may decline or cancel an order if:
- the product is out of stock;
- the price was listed in error;
- we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms;
- delivery to your location is not feasible.
If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount within seven working days.
5. Delivery
Delivery fees and times depend on your location and the size of the order. Standard delivery within Greater Accra is typically 1-3 working days; other regions take 3-7 working days. For locations outside our listed shipping zones, a default delivery fee applies and we may contact you to revise the charge based on actual distance.

Please see our Refund and Returns policy for full details. In summary: most products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition with tags attached. Underwear, swimwear and items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable for hygiene and stock-management reasons.
7. Stock and pricing errors
Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing or stock errors occur. Where an error is discovered after you order, we will let you know and offer to honour the correct price, accept a cancellation, or substitute another product.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including logos, product images, descriptions and the ClickMotherCare name, belongs to us or to our suppliers and is protected under Ghanaian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy or republish content from the site without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- upload malicious code or content that is offensive, defamatory or infringes third-party rights;
- place fraudulent or speculative orders.
10. Liability
Subject to our obligations under Ghanaian consumer-protection law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product purchased is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Ghana.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will show the latest version. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the revised Terms.
