1. Free Store Pick-up

• Delivery Time: During store working hours
• Cost: Free
• Description: Customers can pick up their orders from the store without incurring any additional charges.
• Payment Terms: Full payment required before pick-up. Payment methods accepted are Momo or QR Code.

2. Free Delivery

• Delivery Time: 1 to 15 days
• Cost: Free
• Description: Orders are delivered free of charge within 1 to 15 days.
• Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before delivery. Payment methods accepted are Momo or QR Code.
• Conditions: Excludes bulky and heavy items, which cannot be accommodated on a motorbike for delivery. Service available only in Greater Accra.

3. Flat Rate Delivery (40Ghs)

• Delivery Time: 1 to 5 Days
• Cost: 40.00GHS
• Description: Deliveries are made within 1 to 5 days for a flat rate of 40.00GHS.
• Payment Terms: Full payment required before delivery. Payment methods accepted are Momo or QR Code.
• Conditions: Excludes bulky and heavy items, which cannot be accommodated on a motorbike for delivery. Service available only in Greater Accra.

4. Standard Delivery

• Delivery Time: 1 to 2 days
• Cost: Rate dependent on location and size of goods
• Description: Standard delivery time is 1 to 2 days, with costs varying based on location and the size of the order.
• Payment Terms: Payment on delivery available for Greater Accra (Cash on delivery). Full payment required for delivery outside Accra, accepted via Momo or QR Code.

5. Express Delivery

• Delivery Time: 1 to 3 hours
• Cost: Rate dependent on location and size of goods
• Description: Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 hours for an express service fee, with costs varying based on location and the size of the order.
• Payment Terms: Payment on delivery available for Greater Accra (Cash on delivery). Full payment required for delivery outside Accra, accepted via Momo or QR Code.
